When we see or hear about the Dodge Charger, what usually comes to mind is a high-performance and peppy car. While this popular midsize car definitely fits that description, there is much more to the Charger than just performance and speed. This four-door car can offer some really good gas mileage. Although it may not offer the type of gas mileage you'd find in a small compact car, the Dodge Charger offers better fuel efficiency than you'd imagine.
The Dodge Charger offers the choice of five different configurations.
- Dodge Charger SXT
- Dodge Charger GT
- Dodge Charger R/T
- Dodge Charger Trim: Scat Pack
- Dodge Charger Trim: SRT Hellcat Widebody
While each of these models offer different options in engine, transmissions and drive, they each offer various gas mileage. The Trim: Scat Pack offers gas mileage of 18 mpg combined while the GT offers gas mileage of 23 mpg combined. Some of the models get mileage up to 30 mpg on the highway.
